Our factory is closed from 18th December until 8th January but our customer services will still be available until 23rd December and will reopen 5th January (please note customer services is not available during the weekend as normal).
Please be aware that any orders placed after the 14th December (our last guaranteed delivery before Christmas) or any placed while the factory is closed will be delayed until the factory reopens. Once the factory reopens customers should allow an additional 5–10 working days to receive their order.
