Rules for Free Birdbath Raffle:
Customers who share an image of their purchased DGS product and tag us on social media will be entered into a raffle to win a free bird bath. On the 1st of March we would draw the February winner and so on and so forth. This customer shall receive one free birdbath of our choosing from our range- based on stock, availability and demand. The winner will be selected using a random number generator, then the customer will be notified if they have won & we will arrange delivery of their new FREE birdbath with them. Good luck!
If a customer does not wish to participate or receive their price there is no cash alternative and choosing to decline will result in us re-drawing the prize for that month.
Standard discount or promotion terms:
Discount Garden Statues may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, choose to provide discounts, reductions or promotional pricing on any or all of its stock. Only orders placed during the time of that promotion shall be entitled to any benefit yielded by that promotion. Orders placed before or after the promotional period shall not be entitled to discount or amendment in retrospect.
Discount Garden Statues, may, without notice and for any reason discontinue, amend or alter a promotion, offer or discount during the time that it is running. In the case of such an event any published promotional media shall be altered accordingly wherever reasonably possible.
Promotional codes, discount codes and money off vouchers may not be used in conjunction with each other. It is only one code per order, per customer. Some codes may require a customer to create and sign into an account with us in order for the code to be validated.
Gift Certificate Redemption:
Gift Certificates are none cash redeemable and must be used to complete a purchase on the Discount Garden Statues website. Gift Certificates expire 1 year after they are first generated and emailed to the customer. In the event that the value of the customer order exceeds the value of the credit given, an additional payment will be required by credit or debit card in order to to bridge the difference.
Store Credit:
From time to time - store credit may be given to a customer as a gesture of good will by our customer care team. In such an event, store credit is none cash redeemable as with Gift Certificates and must be used to complete a purchase on the DGS Website. In the event that the value of the customer order exceeds the value of the credit given, an additional payment will be required by credit or debit card to bridge the difference.
Free Gift offers:
When we are offering a 'free product' offer they are subject to our terms and conditions. There is also a no cash alternative. Free gift promotions are limited to 1 per customer and cannot be used more than once.
