Order Tracking & Delivery Information

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Pallet Deliveries: 

As a guide orders for items weighing more than 30KGS will be delivered by pallet in most instances, where a shipping fee is paid at checkout, pallet delivery will also be used. Where multiple items are purchased, only one pallet delivery charge will apply, it doesn't matter if you buy one thing or 10, the price for delivery will remain the same! 

With all pallet deliveries the customer should ensure the following: 

Please ensure that you will not experience access issues for a large vehicle to attend your property, where issues are likely to occur, please call the office before ordering to make the needed arrangements, additional fees and charges may be payable for specialist deliveries. 

Please also consider the following: 

  • When your order has been dispatched your local depot will contact you and arrange delivery for a weekday to suit you. We will never deliver a pallet without first attempting to make arrangements with you.
  • Whilst an actual delivery time is not specified, you can request a phone call one hour prior to delivery - this way you can be sure you are in to receive and inspect the delivery.
  • Saturday deliveries and am or pm specified deliveries can be arranged but do involve considerable extra charges.
  • It is vital that you tell us about any access problems for large vehicles when you place your order
  • When your item is delivered you MUST check it to ensure that it is in satisfactory condition BEFORE you sign the delivery note
  • Signing the delivery note means that you acknowledge that the item has been received in good condition, and therefore no claims for damage or other issues can be made. Signing the note as "unchecked" or "not inspected" will make no difference to this condition.
  • Do not allow yourself to be rushed by the driver into signing the delivery note without making this inspection.
  • The delivery driver will usually place the pallet as near to where you want it as conditions allow - i.e. the pallet truck cannot go over soft ground or gravel, and cannot go up or down steps. NOTE THAT THE DRIVER IS NOT CONTRACTED TO REMOVE THE ITEM FROM THE PALLET or PLACE THE ITEM IN YOUR GARDEN


Small items are sent in a box and delivered by Parcel force, will be indicated on the item that they are free delivery to the UK mainland excluding Northern Ireland, and islands. If you provide a mobile phone number & email address, you will receive a text or email update for delivery. We reserve the right to exclude any address from the inclusive delivery price. 

Northern Irish Deliveries:

While we do deliver to NI - please note your order may take up to 21 days to arrive due to EU Export regulations currently imposed, following BREXIT.

Local delivery:

Free local delivery is available for orders within 5 Miles of our factory.

Deliveries are made from 8am on Weekdays only. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Click & Collect:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Our Blaydon factory. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.  

Our in-store pickup hours are 8am to 4pm on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. 

Collection on Saturdays is available from 8am till 2pm. 

International Shipping:

We do not currently provide any shipping service outside of the United Kingdom including NI. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

Please note that under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to change your mind about your purchase. 

Please let us know within 14 days of receipt (the first day being the day after delivery). Note that all and any return costs, and the items' safe return, are your responsibility. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, you must email us within 3 working days of receiving the goods at with your order number and photographic evidence of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
