Will the coronavirus have an impact on my DGS Statue order?
The majority of our products are currently being dispatched within 5 working days and delivered within 3-5 days. However reduced production capacity has lead to extended delays on some of our most popular lines. Where possible we have stated the approximate dispatch time for those items affected. Please look out for “Availability” comments next to the product images.
We will do everything we can to make sure we get your order to you as quickly as possible, however if you are ordering for a specific date such as a birthday please give us a call first to avoid disappointment.
Does the COVID-19 virus have an impact on the delivery of my order with the courier?
For the most part we have had very few issues with delivery timescales with our pallet and parcel couriers.
If you are receiving a pallet we still ask that you unwrap the statue and check it over before the driver leaves, if you see any issues let them know and it will be noted by the driver on the paperwork, however you will not be asked to physically sign anything.
While our agreement with the couriers has not changed it has been brought to our attention that due to reduced staffing, some depots have not been contacting customers prior to delivery as we would normally expect.
While we understand this is frustrating when waiting on a large delivery we hope as the working situation improves, this issue will be rectified. If your order does arrive without being booked in first we sincerely apologise and thank you for your patience at this time.
