Larger products weighing more than 30kg such as our Cute Straight Garden Bench are delivered by PalletForce. The majority of orders will be delivered on a standard size pallet which is 120x80 cm. A very small number of extra large products are delivered on the larger pallet size of 120x100 cm.
Beautiful from every angle, this stone cast stunning garden bench is a perfect edition to your garden. The classic patterns and straight shape of the bench adds to the beauty of the outdoor seat. A perfect place to sit and admire the results of your hard work in the garden. Our outdoor furniture is designed to be weather resistant and easy to clean.
All products delivered by PalletForce are packaged in clear shrink wrap for protection as shown below. This is easily opened with a small knife or pair of scissors. Please take care not to hurt yourself or damage the product when opening your order.
Pallet delivery
Due to the size and weight of our statues, PalletForce delivery drivers are not contracted to move the pallet into your garden. They will provide a curb side delivery as close to your property as possible. Pallet trucks cannot go up or down steps or over soft gravel or ground. If there are any potential access issues to your property or if you require any special arrangements please contact us.
Delivery costs for products delivered by PalletForce are calculated at checkout once you have entered your postcode. Note that even if you are purchasing multiple products you will only be charged one shipping cost per order. Shipping for orders over £350 is free.
Please ensure that you provide a phone number as Pallet Force will contact you about the delivery date, although exact timings of deliveries cannot be specified.

Smaller products, generally those under 30kg like our Small Fuji Pagoda Garden Ornament (pictured above), will be delivered in a box by RoyalMail/DPD/ParcelForce. All of these products have free delivery to UK postcodes, excluding postcodes in Northern Ireland and outside of mainland UK.
The typical delivery time for both box and pallet orders is around 5–10 working days with longer delivery times of up to 21 days for Northern Ireland due to EU export regulations introduced after Brexit. Please also keep in mind that orders are only dispatched on weekdays. Saturday and evening deliveries are available but will incur a considerable additional cost.
Please include your email and phone number at checkout so we are able to keep you updated on your delivery. After making your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you are unable to see this please check your spam and junk mail before contacting us as they occasionally end up in there.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided. Please be aware that this can take a few working days after ordering.

Box delivery
We also deliver some items ourselves. All orders within 5 miles of our factory might be delivered by our team, as well as some orders that are slightly further afield. If your order is being delivered by our team, they will contact you prior to delivery to let you know when they will arrive.
In addition, we offer a click-and-collect service, allowing you to collect your order from our factory in Blaydon at the following address:

Simply select Free Local Pickup at checkout and you will be contacted when your order is ready to collect. Orders are generally ready within 5–7 working days to give our team time to finish handcrafting your product like our new Squirrel and Nut Bird Bath or to finish preparing you order.
Our factory is typically open 7am–3pm on weekdays and 8am–12pm on Saturdays but please inform the factory of your intended collection time so we can ensure someone is available. Remember to bring your order confirmation email with you!
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at the moment. If you wish to ship internationally you will need to arrange your own forwarder or courier within the UK who we can send your order to.

Refunds, returns and exchanges:
According to the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to change your mind about your purchase. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving you order if you wish to return it (the 14 days begin the day after delivery). However note that the return costs, even if the order was initally free delivery and the items' safe return are your responsibility.
In the event that you order arrives damaged in any way you must email us at sales@discountgardenstatues.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of receiving the order to ensure a more favourable outcome. We advise for the smooth return of your items that you check the product(s) before signing the delivery note. When emailing us please send us your order number and photographic evidence of the item's condition, including photos of the damaged product inside of the original packaging as well as close up and zoomed out photos of the damaged product. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for damage to products or the return of unwanted items reported to us 14 days after their delivery or for items that are no longer in their original packaging.
