DELIVERY PERIOD
The majority of our products are currently being dispatched within 5 working days and delivered within 3-5 days. For orders which go in a pallet, it takes 5-7 days to dispatch. However reduced production capacity has led to extended delays on some of our most popular lines. Where possible we have stated the approximate dispatch time for those items affected. Please look out for “Availability” comments next to the product images.
FREE DELIVERY FOR SMALL ITEMS and ITEMS OVER £350
Small items are sent in a box and delivered by Parcel force, these will be indicated on the item that they are free delivery to the UK mainland excluding Northern Ireland, and islands. If you provide a mobile phone number, you will receive a text update for delivery. We reserve the right to exclude any address from the inclusive delivery price.
! Price includes delivery to most UK addresses excluding AB, BT, IV, KW, PA, PH, KA and DD postcodes, northern Scotland & Highlands, Islands etc. For these areas, please email or call us.
DELIVERY TO NORTHERN IRELAND
We are still delivering to Northern Ireland however please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Box delivery to Northern Ireland will be charged extra, for the price of pallet delivery look at the table above.
UNLOADING OF YOUR DELIVERY
Due to the products characteristics, it will be delivered to the nearest location to your property. The driver does not have facilities to move the statues any further than a suitable drop off point at your premises using a hand wheeled pallet truck. Important notice, pallet truck with items can only be maneuvered on a flat and level surface.
! Note that the driver is not contracted to remove the item from the pallet or place the item in your garden.
CHECKING YOUR ITEM
Once your delivery is complete the driver will ask you to check the condition of your items and sign the documents. After the ordered items have been unloaded from the delivery transport, the customer has 10 minutes to unwrap the packages and check for any damages before signing for and reporting a successful delivery. Any damages, flaws need to be reported to the driver before signing the document.
